Hampton Home, Richmond - near completion

Located not far from Bushy Park in the borough of Richmond upon Thames, the new home sits in a large corner plot surrounded by trees and greenery. Views of the garden were central to the design and are framed with the glazing from when you enter the home.  Each space is naturally lit from at least two directions.

The home is timber frame -highly insulated, heated with an ASHP and uf heating and with an MVHR ventilation system.  Lighting design, both natural daylight, sunlight and shadows, with night time LED fittings animate the home against a pallet of white walls and oak flooring and neutral tones.  The existing slab and existing cavity walls were maintained where feasible.
