Planning and Listed Building Consent submitted
After extensive consultation with Westminster Council and collaboration with Nissanke Jones and Alan Baxter Associates, plans for an extensive refurbishment of a five-storey Georgian town house have been submitted. The design focuses on the need to provide a new home for a private client that combines a contemporary detailing adjacent to the beautiful restored Georgian detailing. In addition to the new home the basement will be opened up by reinstating three light wells and courtyards to flood the space with light and link the interior to the outside. A phased programme of works is planned, with the aim for the final phase to return the whole building to residential use.
