Surbiton home

Nearing completion is our refurbishment and extension for Abby and Phil in Surbition.

The Victorian home had an 1990’s poorly insulated, damp extension and overheating conservatory. By stripping back the roof, floor and walls and insulating these, adding rooflight and windows and a new extension for a living space, we have created a large living area and kitchen for the family.

As a graphic designer, Abby wanted a contemporary, crisp feel.  Integration of lighting hidden in the ceiling, walls and in joinery adds to the contemporary feel.
